With the new Dimension family of switched mode
power supplies, the new generation of DIN Rail Power Supplies is about to hit
the market. After more than four years of development the Dimension family
offers an extremely high efficiency and many other impressive features.
The most noticable is the small
physical size. For the given output power, the new units are up to 60%
smaller than what is usual today. This has been achieved through a radical
reduction in losses and rigorous thermal design.

The electrolytic capacitors
inside the power unit therefore remain cool, and the device's service life is
extended. PULS specify a service life of at least 50,000 hours at an

Functionality and Safety of the mechanical connections through spring-loaded
